While getting my makeup done for one of my shoots, the make up artist used these super gorgeous shade of blue, green and purple eyeliners on me. It looked exactly like the colours on a peacock’s feather. It was love at first swipe!

It was from a brand I was completely unfamiliar with called, MeNow Generation II Kajal. Having never heard of the brand, I was a bit hesitant at first, but was completely sold to the product when she tried on the swatches on me. Apparently, it’s a Made in China brand, but then again, what’s not made in China these days?!

DSC_0012What I loved about it was it’s smooth and easy application. The pigments were obvious even on my dark skin tone, which is a definite plus point. Also, it’s not completely smudge proof therefore was easy to blend.

For those of you who want it to be more prominent, you can just add the same colour of eyeshadow on top of the liner to set the pencil and also, make the colours darker.

Here is what it looked like on me;

Excuse my amateur attempt of playing with the colours and covering my entire eyelids with eyeliner, I was trying to show off as many of the colours as possible.
DSC_0028I managed to get 4 boxes of the eyeliners to sell on Deeper Than Fashion as my make up artist also was selling them off to her customers. Each box comes with 12 colours, exactly like the ones shown in the picture above.

However for those of you who want a set. please note that I will not be held responsible for any form of reaction or effect this may have on your skin. It works completely great on mine though 🙂

I think coloured eyeliners might just be my next new favourite make up trends 🙂
